(NCC NEWS) — It’s a great time of year to go for a stroll or even  grab a bite to eat with your dog.  In New York state, owners can bring non-service dogs into restaurants as long as their furry companion remains in the designated outdoor seating area. There are more than 30 locations in the Central New York area, where owners and their dogs can dine outdoors.
